テンプル大学はペンシルベニア州立の総合大学であり、米国中部高等教育認定委員会より認定を受けています。 ペンシルベニア州内7ヵ所のキャンパスに加えてローマと東京にもキャンパスを持ち、学生数は約3万人です。 創立は1884年、法学博士Russell H. 私が本格的に加州Bar Examの受験を決意したのは2018年6月にLLM学位を取得してTUJを卒業した後、受験要件を確立した上で（注：そもそも受験要件を確立する登録ができなければ、受験はできません。 ）MPREという全米統一倫理試験（最終的に加州弁護士登録をするためには86点以上のスコアが必要）を2018年11月にハワイで受験し、必要とされる基準スコアを満たしたからでした。 MPREはまさにTUJで学んだProfessional Responsibilityの授業の集大成のような択一試験であり、各予備校が無料で練習問題を公開していたことから、「腕試し」に丁度良いと思いました。
