In 2007, Peter studied migration and refugee issues at Waseda University’s Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies, and his interest in refugee issues eventually led to his involvement with Myanmar. After law school, Peter moved to the Thai-Myanmar border, where he wrote news articles about Myanmar and taught law at Peace Law Academy.

Sarajean Rossitto is a professional consultant in the field of civil society capacity development, with a focus on the Japanese nonprofit sector. She instructs courses on social movements, nonprofit management, global issues and sustainable development at TUJ and Sophia University, Faculty of Liberal Arts and the Global Competency Program.
