Orientation will be held through an online Orientation course. It will consist of watching pre-recorded videos, reading information, and completing several online forms. By completing Orientation, students will be registered for their first semester classes and ready to go for their first semester.

All accommodation throughout the program is arranged by TUJ. All rooms are shared with one or more roommates. Bathrooms and lounge areas are shared. Sheets and towels are provided but students should bring their own toiletries. TUJ staff will be on-hand 24 hours a day.
