学生サービス部・交流部（Office of Student Services and Engagement）は、多種多様な背景を持つ学生がそれぞれTUJでの学生生活にスムーズに適応し、より楽しいキャンパスライフを送るための幅広いサポートを提供しています。 留学ビザ申請手続き、学資支援や住まい探しのお手伝い、そして学生が学業面だけでなく、生活面においても円滑に適応できるよう、入学時のオリエンテーション等を行っています。 また、学生会と協力し、学生同士の交流を深めるために、バーベキューパーティー、お花見など数々のイベントやアクティビティを企画しています。 これらを通して、多くの学生が交友関係を広げています。
