多くの企業がまとまった人数の新卒学生を採用するスタイルは日本独特のもので、特に欧米の採用スタイルとは大きく異なります。 この採用活動の対象となるのは多くの場合「新卒」のみです。 ここでは、日本の新卒就職活動の特徴、時期、基本的な流れ、そして必要な書類について学びます。 「いつ就職活動をすればいいのか？ 」を知るためにも、まずは自分がいつ卒業するのかをしっかりと把握してください。 「TUJでは卒業の時期が年に3回ありますが、一般的には卒業年の翌年の新卒として活動するケースが多いです。 例えば2024年内に卒業予定であれば、2025年新卒（2025年4月1日入社）として活動します。
