Allergy Shots - Student Health Services

Allergy shots cost $5 per visit. You must hand-carry your serum, along with written instructions from your allergist or family doctor. We do not accept serum by mail. You may find it helpful to send this letter (PDF) to your allergist or family doctor. It tells them what information we require in order to administer your shots.
