Cumpston comes to Temple from Georgia Southern where she served as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting for the Eagles.

In new work, researchers at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University show that cardiovascular disease risk may be reduced with a simple juice concentrate from the Japanese plum – a fruit that is widely consumed in Asian countries and that is promoted as a health food in Japan. The new findings are described online in the journal Hypertension Research.

Demi Washington led an admirable comeback effort, as the Owls trimmed a 13-point deficit into a single possession game in the final stages of regulation.

Lindsey Moppert and Emilie Cochrane are more than just athletes. They are sports reporters, cheerleaders, and best friends. The two do share a common goal -- to make an impact in the sport industry as reporters after they graduate from Temple University.
