Biography. Susan Brotherton is an instructor and alumnae of Temple’s School of Social Work. She is the former director of Philadelphia social services for the Salvation Army of Greater Philadelphia where she served for eight years overseeing emergency, permanent supportive and permanent housing programs, anti-human trafficking programs, family case management services and food pantry programs.
